Rates are calculated in real time based on weight, shipping method and destination of package.
we currently do not ship overseas at this time but please check back often as there are plans to soon.

returns and exchanges
at frankly baby our #1 goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. if you are not completely satisfied we will gladly accept your return for a full refund to your credit card or exchange within 10 days of original ship date. items must be unused, unworn and in original condition and packaging. return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. please return your items insured/tracked, as franklybaby.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit. items returned after 10 days will receive store credit only. All sale items are final sale.
